Industries we serve

Software Built for Every Industry

Each solution is designed around industry-specific requirements, compliance needs and business processes. Filter by the kind of system you are after, then open your industry.

Logistics & Transport

Fleets, drivers and deliveries generate a constant stream of documents and status updates. SharePoint holds the driver, vehicle and proof-of-delivery records, Power Apps captures data on the road, Power Automate routes exceptions and approvals, and Teams keeps dispatch and clients in the same conversation, all inside the Microsoft 365 tenant you already license.

Logistics & Transport software →

Construction

Projects live or die on controlled drawings, RFIs, safety files and contractor paperwork. SharePoint gives each project a governed document library with versioning and permissions, Power Apps handles site inspections and snag lists from a phone, and Teams connects site and head office around the same files.

Construction software →

Healthcare

Healthcare administration depends on controlled policies, staff records and compliance evidence. SharePoint provides permission-based, auditable document storage, Power Automate manages approvals and renewals, and Microsoft 365 security controls help you protect personal information in line with POPIA. It complements, rather than replaces, clinical systems.

Healthcare software →

Government

Public bodies need transparent records, clear approval chains and reliable reporting. SharePoint offers records management, retention and audit history, Power Automate standardises approvals, Power BI supports oversight dashboards, and intranets built on SharePoint keep departments informed.

Government software →

Manufacturing

Manufacturers need quality, supplier and production information to be consistent and traceable. SharePoint controls specifications and compliance documents, Power Apps captures job and quality data at the line, Power Automate drives sign-offs, and Power BI turns the results into management reporting alongside your ERP.

Manufacturing software →

Agriculture

Farming and agri-processing operations are spread across sites, seasons and contractors. SharePoint stores compliance, certification and equipment records, Power Apps captures field and packhouse data on mobile devices, and Power Automate and Power BI move that information to the people who need it.

Agriculture software →

Education

Schools, colleges and training providers manage policies, staff files, learner documentation and communication. SharePoint provides the intranet and document base, Teams supports collaboration, and Power Automate handles requests, approvals and onboarding with POPIA-aware access controls.

Education software →

Professional Services

Firms sell time and knowledge, so client files, templates and approvals must be easy to find and secure. SharePoint is the matter or client workspace, Teams is where the work happens, Power Automate handles engagement and approval steps, and Power BI tracks utilisation and delivery.

Professional Services software →

Engineering

Engineering teams depend on revision-controlled drawings, specifications and change requests. SharePoint provides version control and permissions per project, Power Automate routes reviews and approvals, and Power Apps captures site data and inspections that feed back into project records.

Engineering software →

Corporate

Large organisations need a consistent place for policies, forms, approvals and internal communication. SharePoint is the intranet and document foundation, Teams and Outlook connect people to it, Power Automate removes manual approvals, and Power BI gives leadership one view of performance.

Corporate software →

Retail

Retail teams juggle suppliers, stores, stock movements and promotions. SharePoint holds supplier, store and compliance information, Power Apps supports store checks and requests, Power Automate manages approvals, and Power BI reports across branches from a shared Microsoft 365 data layer.

Retail software →

Distribution

Distributors coordinate stock, orders, drivers and customers across sites. SharePoint centralises delivery and supplier records, Power Apps captures goods-in and dispatch data, Power Automate escalates exceptions, and Power BI shows service levels and bottlenecks in one place.

Common questions

Industry Specific Software FAQs

Industry specific software is software designed around the processes, compliance needs and reporting of a particular sector, such as logistics, manufacturing or healthcare, rather than a generic package. SharePoint Systems builds these solutions on SharePoint and Microsoft 365 for South African organisations and for clients worldwide.

If you already license Microsoft 365, you already own the platform: secure document storage, identity, Teams, and the Power Platform. Building on it means familiar tools for users, no separate login, and one place to manage permissions, security and support.

We build for logistics and transport, construction, healthcare, government, manufacturing, agriculture, education, professional services, engineering, corporate, retail and distribution. Each has its own page on this site.

Yes. We integrate with ERP, accounting, CRM and line-of-business systems through Power Automate connectors, APIs and custom connectors, and use SharePoint as the collaboration and document layer around them.

We follow five stages: discovery, design, development, deployment and ongoing support. You see working software in regular demos, and you can move onto a support plan after go-live.

We design permissions, retention and sharing controls with POPIA in mind and use Microsoft 365 security features. This supports your compliance but is not legal advice, so confirm requirements with your own legal or compliance adviser.
