Common questions
Microsoft 365 is the current name for the subscription suite that includes the familiar Office apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) plus cloud services such as Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint. Many people still search for Office 365, and the platform we build on is the same.
SharePoint Online is included in most Microsoft 365 business and enterprise subscriptions, so you can often start building without buying a new platform. We check your licences during discovery.
Power Apps builds custom apps and forms, Power Automate automates approvals and processes, and Power BI delivers dashboards. Together with SharePoint and Teams they let you replace email, paper and spreadsheets with proper systems.
Many Power Platform capabilities are included with Microsoft 365 licences, but premium connectors, Dataverse capacity and some features require additional licensing. We design to your licences and tell you early if something needs more.
